Refund policy

We want you to love your Recta posture corrector. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items are eligible for a free replacement or refund - just reach out with photos of the issue.
